This time next week I am jetting off to sunny Dahab in southern Egypt. Absolutely cannot wait. Going with two of my best friends, one of whom is already out there to just get away from the freezing temperature and snow that has been recently engulfing the English coast. As soon as I get there, its time to do away with scarfs and hoodies and back to the good life in boardies and flip flops! Much of our time there will be spent diving, windsurfing and hopefully a bit of jet skiing not too mention, a whole lot of photography! Really excited about capturing the Egyptian culture. One thing that I am really looking forward to is climbing the famous Mt Sinai. Said to be one of the most important historic sites in the world, the mountain is the location at which its said that Moses received the 10 Commandments from God. One of the worlds oldest Monastery’s, St Catherines sits on the mountain too along with a couple of ancient mosques, something I can’t wait to visit. We are planning to climb the 2,285m at night and summit for a stunning sunrise. Obviously a fantastic photo opportunity! I fly out next Tuesday so stay tuned for some new photos coming soon!
